Mounting Options

QuadPod Roof Mount - Can be mounted on a pitched or flat roof

The Quadpod is designed to be flexible and adjust to various roof types.  Any pitch, slant, or style can be accommodated. - Can withstand 140 mph winds. - Powder-coated black to avoid corrosion and fading over time. - Comes with all fasteners required for installation. - Pre-drilled holes for the WST6500 and BTPS6500 Wind Turbine and Junction Box/anemometer Mounting *The roof structure and quality must be analyzed by an approved installer to determine if the roof is in good condition.

Pitched Roof Installation - Able to be mounted on the peak or on the side of a pitched roof. - Same Quadpod as pictured above only with adjustable feet to be customized to the slant in the roof. - Aluminum flashing to mold with current shingles and prevent leakage. - 'Sandwiches' the rafters between the roof top Quadpod and an assembly system inside the attic for increased support and roof structure stability.

Flat Roof Installation w/Ballast System - Patio stones or cement bricks can be used for ballast weight.  - Able to withstand 140 mph winds. - Powder-coated plates with rubber mats to avoid sliding and rust. - Easy to move if new location is desired - No penetrations in the roof other than the electrical wire entry!

Steel Poles - 19', 29', 36', 60' and 80' heights - easy to install, raise and lower.

Wood Poles - 45' - 12' in the ground (centerline of turbine at 33')

- Fits poles ranging from 8"-12" in diameter  at the top - Same powder-coating and UV protector found on the Quadpod. - Dual bolt system to allow for leveling once the turbine has been mounted.
